any patient phone number into our intake system. No number is entered, and no text is

sent, unless the patient answers yes.

"Before I add your number, I need your permission to text you. Resilience Code will send

you one text with a private link to complete your patient intake form before your visit.

This is not marketing. Message frequency is typically one message. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Is that okay?"*

If the patient declines, no number is entered and no message is sent. Patients may reply

STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
