Biography
Evan Schaller is a strength and conditioning coach who has been with Resilience Code since 2016. He is passionate about implementing data-driven strength and conditioning programs to optimize performance in sport and in life.

Evan earned his Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University and completed internships at the Division I level with the University of Denver as well as in the private sector at Landow Performance. After five years in the strength and conditioning industry, Evan earned a Master's Degree in Strength and Conditioning from Concordia University Chicago. He later expanded his expertise by completing massage therapy training and becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), further enhancing his ability to support recovery, movement quality, and overall performance.

Evan holds a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the NSCA, a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach certification, and is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT).

Role at RC
Evan is the Director of Performance at Resilience Code, where he oversees and implements high-level performance programs for athletes and other clients based on advanced testing and sports science. He coordinates and facilitates performance assessments and interventions across an integrative care team that includes physicians, physical therapists, massage therapists, and strength and conditioning professionals.

He works with a wide range of clients, including elite professional athletes, collegiate and high school athletes, as well as special populations such as post-surgical lumbar and cervical spine patients and injured athletes progressing through return-to-play programs. By integrating his expertise in strength and conditioning, sports science, and manual therapy, Evan helps clients improve performance, enhance recovery, and achieve their highest level of function.
